Leap of Faith

There is no need for me to dwell on the past. Yeah sure I’ve lost weight in the past, but what good is it now that I gained it all back and some. I’ve been worrying about my weight my whole life. I just think it’s useless to focus on the mistakes I made, I don’t want to beat myself up about it. I just want to get on with my life and finally make a change. I’m only 15 years old, I’m unhappy, and I’m at my heaviest weight of nearly 210 lbs. Just last june I was 160lbs. When you’re unhappy with yourself and your situation, all you can do is change it. I plan to take a leap of faith.

  1. You’re only 15? Trust me, I’ve been there! I was 205pounds at 15 and ended up at 226 at my largest. It’s harder when you’re a teenager because all you see are the peers at highschool with boyfriends, parties, etc. It’s hard to get involved when you’re unhappy and can’t love yourself. I hope you journey is a successful one! You can make the changes! Just keep your head held high and try to turn down as many temptations as possible (It’s so hard in highschool!).
Good luck! If you ever need someone to talk to or want some extra motivation, please check out my blog. I’d be happy to help you along the way and would love to see some before/after pictures! You go girl!
